Mission Statement

Telecommunications is responsible for providing reliable, current technology voice services for the Johns Hopkins University Homewood campus and locations throughout the Baltimore and Washington, DC metropolitan areas. These services include telephone and voice mail systems, call center support as well as assistance with customer moves, adds, changes and new construction/renovation large project management.

Telecommunications is committed to providing these services in a timely, cost effective manner that best meets the business and academic needs of students, faculty and staff of the University and related organizations.
