Setup Versioning Clicking the Versioning link for a file, allows you to: Toggle versioning on/off. 
View the revision history for the file; each revision entry includes the following information: - Version Number: The version number for a revision.
- Created: The date this version was created.
- Size: The size of this version of the file.
- Make a copy: Allows the user to create a copy of this version of the file.
- Delete: Deletes this version of the file.
Clicking the ‘Checkout File’ button: - Creates a new version of this file and sets an exclusive lock on it.
- Clicking the ‘CheckUnlocks the file and saves the latest version of it.
Clicking the ‘Uncheckout File’ button: - Unlocks the file and deletes the latest version of it.
