VIP System Brief Description The VIP system is an online and batch system. Registration data from Epic, Keane, and the Fund Raising System are merged, DB2 tables are updated, and a VIP database is created to notify Department administrators via user Workstation and Word Perfect reports of the arrival of VIPs. The WordPerfect reports can be edited. Latest Accomplishments - August 2009 - Development and Alumni Relations IT did an analysis of requirements to migrate VIP to Aladin. Under review by Executive Team for potential approval and prioritization.
