Patient Accounting, Outpatient Charge Capture, Regulatory Reporting System, and Inpatient ADT System Brief Description The Keane PatCom Plus System at Johns Hopkins Hospital manages Accounts Receivable and Collection processing. Keane Charge Capture captures outpatient billing data. SMS/ADT is the current system for Inpatient Admissions, Discharges and Transfers. It is being replaced by the Keane EZAccess ADT product. Latest Accomplishments - August 2009 - EZ/ADT - unit testing continues for screens, messages, CPD.
- The Boston Workstation/QuadraMed (BWS/QM) integration is being tested.
- Working with users for sign-off screens.
- Analysis continues on current SMS reports. We are contacting users to determine what reports are still needed and what can be eliminated. We are beginning to code some of the reports in Keane and will move the completed Keane reports into production (replacing the existing SMS reports).
- Bi-weekly meetings being held to discuss integration testing.
