Medical Records Deficiency Reporting System Brief Description MEDREC/PLUS (Meddata) is an automated incomplete chart management program. It is used to define patient chart deficiencies for Discharge Summaries and OpNotes for JHH providers, and generate a variety of reports in both text and graphic format. Eclipsys Deficiency Tracking application will replace Meddata in 2009. Latest Accomplishments- August 2009 - Customer reported problem with interface updating that may be impacting the Deficiency Totaling Report. Fix will be provided in the new version of the SRM (7.1.6).
- Eclipsys made a data base change correcting a field used in the D040 Deficiency Tracking Detailed Report as a report prompt.
