Connecting PST Files to the Outlook 2007 Client

• Copy the file to C:\Documents and Settings\xxx\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook (xxx is login ID).
• Go to Tools, Options, Mail Setup, Data Files.

• Select PST File and click OK.

• Click OK.

• Click Close, then OK to get back to the main Outlook window.
• The PST file will show up in Mailbox.
