How do I get logged in to Outlook/Exchange?

First, you should have received a migration date and information about the migration from GroupWise.

Or, you should have received information from your departmental IT contact that your Outlook/Exchange is ready for use.

You can access your account using one of the following access methods:

Outlook Web Access

Use Internet Explorer version 6.0 or higher for the best experience.  If you are using Safari or Mozilla, things will look a little different and functionality is reduced.

Available through the portal at:  http://my.jhmi.edu or http://my.jhu.edu (look for the Outlook icon on the left)

Or, use the following link and click on the second link (for Exchange customers):  http://webmail.jhmi.edu

Outlook Client

Microsoft Outlook 2007 is part of the Microsoft Office 2007 product suite.  Check with your IT support person for software availability.  Once Outlook 2007 is installed, you should be able to launch Outlook and the Outlook Profile should automatically get created.  If not, follow the instructions found here.
