This group designs and manages systems like ServiceCenter and Patrol Performance Monitoring Tool. ServiceCenter is the system used by the entire IT@ Johns Hopkins staff for recording and tracking problem and change issues. Patrol is a monitoring tool used on midrange production systems. This tool gives the technical staff proactive information about the health of hardware and storage related to the major applications, which they are responsible for. |
