Engineering Services is compromised of four groups – Mainframe Technical Service, Midrange Technical Services, Security and Disaster Recovery, and Operations Engineering. All four of these groups play a vital role in the design, implementation, and ongoing support (Level 3) of enterprise server solutions for both Johns Hopkins Hospital and Johns Hopkins University applications. Engineering Services designs, implements, and manages the hardware and operating systems for many major clinical, financial and student systems. Some of these systems include Keane, BDM, Epic, CUFS, and all payroll systems for both JHH and JHU, just to name a few. Theresa M. Caruso,
