Within the Johns Hopkins community, it is Production Support’s goal to support production mainframe and midrange computing environments. Production support, on a high-level, manages applications change for this organization's mainframe and midrange platforms. We will provide implementation leadership/direction, reliable access, good practices, open standards, statistical information, process analysis, throughput improvements, and up-to-date technologies with the support of strong management. In an effort to support our goals, Production Support Analysts are involved in a variety of projects connecting with a broad customer base to offer dependable and consistent services within this diverse organization.
