IT@JH has selected Chesapeake Systems as the recommended vendor for Apple Computer service and has negotiated special rates and services for the Johns Hopkins community. Chesapeake Systems offers repair service on Apple’s iPod and nearly any Apple computer and can provide complete Apple solutions for service (including AppleCare warranty service) and Apple-related training. They are conveniently located in Hampden, near the Johns Hopkins’ Homewood campus. Chesapeake Systems also offers classes on a variety of topics ranging from basic OS X to video editing on Final Cut Pro. The Technical Assistance window in the Garland Hall basement is the central Apple hardware drop-off/pick-up location for Chesapeake Systems.
