Information Technology @ Johns Hopkins offers faculty and staff the loan of a laptop free of charge. Students are not eligible. All borrowed laptop's must be returned on time, and with all parts in the same condition in which they were loaned out. Below is a list of the available laptops. A cost center is required and we request at least 24 hours advanced notice. Click here to access the Laptop Loan Form. Please be aware of the following: The loaner laptop is on temporary loan to you and as the customer you are responsible for retrieving any data prior to the return of the loaner. For whatever reason, if you fail to return the loaner system at its expected time then your department's cost center will be charged for the cost of the laptop. If the loaner is lost, or stolen, or damaged while on loan to you then you are responsible for any replacement or repair cost incurred by the University. Questions?
