E-Mail Client Setup Instructions

Once your JHEM email account is active, you will need to configure your email client settings. IT@JH requires that all connections to the JHEM server be secure, via SSL. If you use Netscape, Eudora or Outlook to access your account, use the following settings for your email client:

Incoming POPS hostname (using port 995):

Incoming IMAPS hostname (using port 993):

Outgoing SMTP hostname:

Off-Campus Outgoing Authenticated SMTP hostname (choose your client below for more information):
