Enterprise Symantec Antivirus Daily Report Request Form

This web-based request form is for use by IT staff who have registered systems for managed anti-virus services with the JH-Enterprise Symantec Antivirus (SAV) servers or Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP) servers.

It will allow you to subscribe to daily reports of virus activity, which you will receive via e-mail. All information you provide is subject to verification by IT@JH.

In order to receive the daily virus report, please state the number of computers you have registered with the JH-Enterprise managed SAV or SEP servers, and please state either the computer naming convention you use for your systems, OR, the List of Computer Names.
